Bank of Baroda has invited application from eligible candidates for filling up the posts of Wealth Management professionals in the various discipline. Interested and Eligible Candidate should Apply through prescribed application form before last Date 12 December 2017.

  • Group Head: 04 Posts
  • Operations Head: 01 Post
  • Territory Head: 25 Posts
  • Senior Relationship Manager: 223 Posts
  • Acquisition Manager (Affluent) : 41 Posts
  • Client Service Executive: 43 Posts

Educational Qualification:

  • Group Head – 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent, from reputed Colleges. Minimum 10 Years of relevant work experience in financial services, Investment advisory, and Private banking out of which minimum 8 Years of experience in Wealth Management.
  • Operations Head – 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent, from reputed Colleges. Minimum 10 Years of experience in financial services, investment advisory, and private banking out of which minimum 8 years of experience in setting up and Managing Mid Office, Back Office and Branch Operations of Wealth Management set up.
  • Territory Head – Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution, preferably 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent, from reputed Colleges. Minimum 6 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management out of which minimum 2 years experience as a Team Lead.
  • Senior Relationship Manager – Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution, preferably 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent, from reputed Colleges. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Broking/ Security firms.
  • Acquisition Manager (Affluent) – Graduate from Government recognized University or Institution. Minimum 2 years of experience in the acquisition of High Net Worth clients [Clients having a minimum Total Relationship Value (TRV) of `.20.00 lakh or more] in Wealth Management business with leading Public/ Private/ Foreign Banks/ Broking/ Securities firms and other financial institutions.
  • Client Service Executive – Graduation from Government recognized University or Institution. Experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills would be desirable.

Age Limit:

Age limit will be based on the position which has given below

  • Group Head: 35- 50 years as 12th December 2017
  • Operations Head: 35-45 years as on 12th December 2017
  • Territory Head: 28- 40 years as on 12th December 2017
  • Senior Relationship Manager: 23-35 years as on 12th December 2017
  • Acquisition Manager (Affluent): 22-35 years as on 12th December 2017
  • Client Service Executive: 20-35 years on 12th December 2017

Pay Scale: Rs.5,200-20,200/- Plus Grade Pay Rs.2,800/- Per Month

Application Fee:

  • For General & Other Category Candidates – Rs. 600/-
  • For SC/ST/PWD Category Candidates – Rs. 100/-
